Do you find eating a balanced diet a challenge when you’re busy? You’re not alone! Half of Canadians report struggling with this. That means they often skip meals and eat lots of snacks to stay fuelled on busy days.

As a student, irregular class schedules, extra-curriculars and commutes can make eating a balanced diet even more of a challenge. Snacks can be part of a healthy diet and a great way to get all the nutrients the body needs each day, as long as nutritious options in manageable portions are on the menu.
